All our products are subject to a period of handling before being shipped
99% of our orders leave the warehouse between 1 and 7 days after the order.

We source from reliable vendors of the best quality from around the world and the shipping point of origin depends on where the item is being sourced from and the time of the year that your order is placed. Mostly in USA, Europe and East Asia.

Our delivery time usually takes 2-4 weeks. Some may take longer if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 4-6 weeks. Once your order leaves our warehouse it is then transported to our carrier’s sort facility. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information from our tracking system once the designated carrier has accepted the shipment and this tracking link will be dynamically updated by the carrier throughout the delivery process.

Typical shipping time-frames are as follows:

USA: Between 9 – 30 days average

Canada: Between 20 – 30 days average

Europe: Between 20 – 40 days average

Australia: Between 20 – 40 days average

All Others: Between 30 – 60 days average

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

As we have a wide assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products are shipped separately. Don’t worry, it’s perfectly normal for you to receive one product a few days before the other.

Please note that due to health reasons and hygiene, sales of health products are final and no cancellations or returns are accepted on those sales.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please note, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

We currently do not have any physical store locations. We only sell online at the present time.

You can enter discount code during the checkout process. However, you cannot apply the discount code once an order is already submitted. The discount code MUST be submitted before check out.
